Absolutely delicious, totally worth the money, especially in the winter time, you better get a reservation before going to avoid the waiting time. It definitely the first choice for me and my friends and family during the winter time!

Love this place! The food at Nanshan Hotpot is always fresh and delicious. The meat is high quality, the broth tastes amazing, and the sauce bar has everything you could want. The staff are super nice and helpful, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. It’s a great spot to hang out with family or friends — portions are generous and everything comes out fast. Definitely one of my favorite hotpot places around!

There are a lot of cute Panda. Food was good, a little bit pricy. service was great. For spicy pot, you have option to reduce the spicy level. the normal level was toooooooo hot for me. Be cautious. there is self service dessert bar, you can make your own bubble tea. Love it.

Highlights: Can’t go wrong with this place if you like fire-level of spice. Very glad that they give you a bib. When they refill the broth, they use the actual broth base and not hot water. I’ll note that the non-spicy broths aren’t as flavorful as other places. The selection is fairly wide, but doesn’t have as deep of a specialty meat menu. The feel is very casual and laid back. A bit pricier than other places. The staff is also pushy on buying into a paid membership in order to get a small discount. Might be worth it if you’re a frequent hotpotter and will stick to the Nanshan platform

Had an amazing experience here! The three-flavor hot pot was super delicious — the spicy broth was fragrant and numbing in the best way, the herbal broth was comforting, and the tomato/mushroom base was rich and flavorful. The ingredients were fresh, the soup stayed tasty all the way through, and the portion sizes were generous. The service was also great — staff were attentive, quick to refill the broth, and very friendly. The seating was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe made it perfect for a relaxing dinner. Definitely a spot I’ll come back to. Highly recommended for anyone craving a satisfying hot pot meal!

One of the best hot pot we have ever had! As come on the regular basis - a few times a month. Kind of addictive! Our favorite is spicy hot pot and tomato pot with when added pumpkin is so yummy! Both my mom and me have membership and love to bring our friends there. I wish they would continue their duck blood!

Amazing experience from start to finish. The food was flavorful and beautifully presented, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Kid-Friendly. One employee even gave me a panda keychain and pen for FREE. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a perfect dining experience.
